Rules Based Booking Engine
The flexible rules-based booking engine can be configured to support virtually any type of reservation. With the rules-based reservation engine you can specify that reservations only should be accepted on Mondays from noon to 5:00PM, or that a reservation is minimum 1 hour and maximum 5 hours.
Minimum/Maximum Number Of Persons
The minimum and maximum number of persons rule enables you to specify the number of persons allowed for a reservation.
Minimum/Maximum Time
The minimum and maximum time rule allows you to specify the minimum and maximum duration of a reservation. You can specify anything from 1 minute to hundreds of days.
Cut-off Time
The cut-off time rule allows you to specify how long in advance a reservation must be made.
Schedules
The schedule rule allows you to specify opening hours and/or operational hours. For example, you can specify that a reservation only can be made on weekdays between 8:00am and 5:00pm and Saturdays between 9:00am and 2:00pm.
